Manufacturing & Quality
- At PAT, we have established our excellence across the various spheres of manufacturing in an area of 77,900 m2 (33,400 m2 - Rakanpur Works & 44,500 m2 - Kadi Works). Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is well equipped. PAT management has always invested in betterment of infrastructure with best of industry machinery and the saga lead us towards the supreme.
- PAT has versatile range of process equipments which required set of adequate machineries. We are capable enough to manufacture equipments from 10MT to 300MT.

- Heavy Lifting Capacity to handle equipment upto 300MT.
- Rolling facility to roll plate upto 110mm thickness.
- Deep Hole Drilling (CNC) facility to drill upto 1,000 mm thickness.

- Cutting facility (CNC) to cut upto 300mm thickness of plate.
- Strip Overlay Machine capable to handle 3,000mm Diameter and 90mm width of strip.
- Finning machines capable to handle extruded fin, 'G'-Imbedded, 'L'-Wrap on, 'LL'-Overlapped Footed Fin, 'KL'-Knurled Footed Fin upto 30,000mm Length and finning of 5000+ meter a day.
- Hydraulic tube expansion facility for complete tube expansion and tube to tubesheet joint expansion.
- Heat Treatment Furnace of 5m X 5m X 16m. Modular furnace been used for larger equipment.

Stringent Quality Checkpoints
Strict quality checks are done at each level of production process. All components, bought-outs and raw material are checked for cracks, tensile strength and chemical composition as and when required. Measuring instruments are calibrated as per the systems and procedure manual for ISO 9001.








Welding & Metallurgy
PAT has over 1000+ qualified welding procedures for various welding metallurgies and process. In corporate tenure of more than 46 years PAT has supplied over 10,500+ process equipments. Which lead PAT to vast experienced over different metallurgies. PAT has handy experience of handling and welding in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. For the advancement of welding PAT has invested a lot in technology welding equipments.
